The information you see in the RCBC ezTrade Mobile App and in the ezTrade Online Website is shown in real-time. However, the ezTrade Mobile App will only stay inactive for 15 minutes before your session times out. If you keep the Mobile App or Mobile Website open for an extended period, you should refresh the page within 15 minutes, by selecting a new option in order to ensure the information is still current, otherwise you will have to log on again.
